Fitness Classes Schedule

Spring and Summer Fitness classes are scheduled for both Abbotsford and Chilliwack campus. Classes will run May 7-July 31, 2018. Classes will not run on stat. holidays (May 21 and July 2). 

UFV Students are able to attend fitness classes on both the Abbotsford and Chilliwack campus FREE of charge when presenting their UFV Campus Card to the instructor or Fitness Greeter.  All participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating in a class.

It is also important to let the fitness instructor know if you are new to group exercise, suffering from any health conditions or recovering from injury. Being more active is very safe for most people. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming much more physically active. How to get involved:

  • STUDENTS: We ask that you RSVP on MyCampusLife-Campus Recreation to reserve their spot in a Fitness Class.
  • EMPLOYEES: Please click here for Fitness Membership pricing. Pricing also applies to UFV Alumni and community members.

* Students: Fitness classes in Chilliwack are brought to you in partnership with your UFV Student Union Society as part of your UPass Program.
