Providing recreational and wellness opportunities for UFV students and staff. Our mission is support and inspire positive healthy lives by providing opportunities for individuals to remain active, stay physically fit and practice personal wellness. Times are based on student class schedule and both availability of space on campus and instructors or volunteers availability. While classes are open to faculty and staff, students are the primary focus of the program.

Drop-in sports are FREE to anyone with a UFV Campus Card. Volunteer staff is on hand during designated sport times to help organize teams and to sign in, participants as waiver must be signed on your initial visit. The goal of Drop-in Sports is to provide an opportunity for participants to enjoy a fun, safe and fair playing environment, while promoting social engagement among individuals on the UFV Campus. We are currently looking for volunteer Sport Organizers for the Fall semester on both the Chilliwack and Abbotsford campus. Not interested in organized sports? We offer a variety of Open Gym times where those with a Student Activity Centre memberships can play basketball, badminton, indoor soccer, and other recreational sports. Most equipment is provided and is organized on a first come first server basis. Certain rules will apply depending on sport.
