Fitness and Recreation classes are organized so UFV students can pursue lifestyle balance, remain active and stay physically fit. Times are based on student class schedule and both availability of space on campus and instructors or volunteers availability. While classes are open to faculty and staff, students are the primary focus of the program.

Organized drop-in sports are free to anyone with a UFV campus card. Volunteer staff is on hand during designated sport times to help organize teams and to sign participants in as waiver must be signed on your initial visit. The goal of Organized Drop-in Sports is to provide an opportunity for participants to enjoy spots in a fun, equitable and safe playing environment, while meeting new people. We are currently looking for volunteer Drop-in Sport Supervisors for Fall 2016 if you are interested please email email@example.com
Tournaments provide an opportunity for engagement in a fun and enjoyable environment. Tournaments are open to both team and individual registration. Click here to see what events are happening this semester!

Not interested in organized sports? We offer a variety of Open Gym times where those with a Student Activity Centre memberships can play basketball, badminton, indoor soccer, and other recreational sports. Most equipment is provided and is organized on a first come first server basis. Certain rules will apply depending on sport.
