Sports Camps

The University of the Fraser Valley athletic department hosts camps in the spring and summer on both the Abbotsford and Chilliwack campus. Our camps provide young people ages 5-18 the opportunity to explore different sports and recreational activities, while promoting healthy and active lifestyles. Program curriculum is geared towards promoting self-esteem, positive social interaction, cooperation and leadership development. Our camps are led by Cascades varsity coaches, faculty, and current UFV students from a variety of academic backgrounds.
